Just arrived! 52100 high performance steel and S30V high performance stainless steel (yes, stainless!). Lots of great chef´s knives, santokus gyutos an more are hidden inside these bars!
This is one of the three chef´s knives I am working on, and it has an 11″ damascus steel balde and amboyna burl handle.

This chef´s knife has a damascus steel blade just over 8″ long, olivewood handle and my last little piece of pink jacarandá as its bolster.
Almost done, I just need to etch the blade, intall the clip and the thumb stud!
