Steel and more steel!
Just arrived! 52100 high performance steel and S30V high performance stainless steel (yes, stainless!). Lots of great chef´s knives, santokus gyutos an more are hidden inside these bars!
On the Bench: Damascus steel and Amboyna Burl
This is one of the three chef´s knives I am working on, and it has an 11″ damascus steel balde and amboyna burl handle.
