Dwo new knives in the same style of those ones I made last year but longer and more robust. They are about 8 3/4″ long, with 4 1/2″ blades made of buckshot pattern damascus steel (from Alabama Damascus) and their handles are textured metallic black slabs of leather with menukis made of pau basil (red) and imbuia (yellow) under a resin soaked curd wrap.

US$ 275.00, plus US$ 14.50 for worldwide shipping.

  1. Wow, these are very beautiful knives!! Are those hand carvings? Amazing!

Thank you! This is not carving but the result of a reaction of this type of steel (wich is, as a matter of fact, several layers of different steels) to exposure to an acid etchant.
