An Special Essencial

This 9″ long blade gyuto was made for talented chef Paula Labaki (www.lenalabakicatering.com.br) , from São Paulo, who is responsible for the lightest meals I ever tasted. Notice the slightly oversized imbuia and wenge handle made by her request as she couldn´t get used to the usually slimmer Japanese style handles.
