Damascus Steel and Olivewood Chef´s knife

This one has an 8″ long damascus steel blade witha slimmer profile comparing with my usual chef´s knives. It´s handle is also different from the usual as it uses a frame around the tang, between the two olivewood slabs and a brass spacer etween the  andle and olster, and I very seldonçy use metallic parts on my handles, but I am very happy with this knife – it balances very well and looks quite elegant – so you may expect to see these details on other projects.
