Damascus Steel Kiridashis

Here are some new Kiridashis I finished a few days ago, both in Nichols carbon damascus steel.

The top one is 4 1/8″ long and has a 1 1/2″ blade, and the middle one is 5 1/4″ long with a 1 3/4″ blade and they are shaped so your thumb has two different positions to rest, one almost on the tip of the blade for when you are cutting something on a flat surface and the other on the blade upwards curve for forward cutting and the hand reachs for them very naturally depending on the cut being made.
