Nakiri in AEB-L Stainless

This stainless steel has been chosen by mani knifemakers latelly for their kitchen knives due to its high resistence to rust, high edge holding capability and by being relativelly easy to sharpen.

For my first blade with it, I have chosen to make a nakiri. It has a 18cm long satin fnished blade and East India rosewood handle.

This knife is availabile for immediate delivery and comes compelte with a felt lined, aluminium reinforced leather sheath.
