Do you remember that big damascus steel blade I broke in half trying to strainghten it? ell it has a beautiful pattern and an excellent heat reatment, the knifemaker being the only one to blame so I decided to create a smaller knife that beside being an absolutelly unique piece beause I had to adapt the new design to the remains of the larger blade ended up very cool. Its blade is almost 4″ long and the handle slabs are castelo wood that contrasted very well with the damascus.
This knife goes for US$ 200.00 plus US$ 20.00 for worldwide shipping wich is way lower than I usually ask for a damascus steel knife of this size including a leather sheath or a wooden stand and also a little bottle opener that I made from the cut offf tip of the original knife handle. Since my bottle openers usually sell for over US$ 4000 this makes this knife not only be a beautiful piece with an interesting history but also a great deal.
