Santoku

The santoku is a wide bladed knife with a straight edge for about 2/3of its lenght and is great for vegetables, whie and red meat – hence its name, that menas “three virtues”.

Availabile with 15cm and 19cm blades in 52100 steel, s30v stainless steel or damascus and several handle materials.
